I. Anti-corrosion Structure and Process
Coating Structure
- Single-layer FBE: Epoxy powder is applied by electrostatic spraying and cured at high temperature to form a dense coating of 0.3–0.5 mm, with adhesion strength > 5 MPa.
- Double-layer FBE (2FBE): Primer anti-corrosion layer (≥ 400 μm) + wear-resistant top layer, with a total thickness of 600–800 μm, suitable for high-wear environments.
Composite Structure (TPEP)
- Internal wall: FBE coating (≥ 0.4 mm)
- External wall: 3PE structure (epoxy layer + adhesive layer + polyethylene layer)
to achieve double internal and external protection.
II. Core Performance Advantages
- Corrosion Resistance: Resists strong acids and alkalis in the pH range of 1–14; no rusting after > 3,000 hours of salt spray test.
- Mechanical Strength: Resists soil stress, suitable for geologically unstable areas.
- Environmental & Safe: Certified as food-grade in accordance with GB/T 17219, applicable to drinking water pipelines and food industry pipelines.
- Temperature Adaptability:
- Standard type: -30 ℃ ~ 100 ℃
- Nano-modified type: withstands long-term high temperature up to 150 ℃ (for oil and gas transmission)
